SHIPPING POLICY
CONFIRMATION:
1.A confirmation email will be sent to you (the email used to place the order) once the order is authorized and verified.
2.We will be preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.
PROCESSING:
Normally it takes 2-7 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
SHIPPING:
1.Once your order is dispatched, an email notification with tracking number will be sent to you.
2.Standard shipping time: Estimated to be delivered in 4-15 business days. Please allow 2-4 days delay for remote area.
3.Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
4.Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
